Maintenance and Repair

Engines lifecycles management of the engines D-30KP, D-30KP-2 include the following forms of maintenance and repair:
• form F5000, operating time not more than 5000 hours,1540 (1818) cycles;
• form F6500, operating time not more than 6500 hours, 3375 cycles;
• form F9000, operating time not more than 9000 hours, 4620 cycles.
• After the accomplishment of any of the forms above, the further operation of the engine is performed depending on its technical condition to the following form (F6500, F9000 and up to 12,000 hours) by stages of 333 + 30 hours and one year (whichever comes first), on the condition of accomplishment of the form F300.
• The stage of engine operation between the forms and up to 12 000 hours is established within not less than 2000 hours and 1540 cycles and not more than 5000 hours and 1818 cycles depending on the lifespan of the resource assemblies and the components of each engine separately.
• The lifespan of the engine by “calendar” can be 10 years, after the accomplishment of  any of the forms (F5000, F6500, F9000), regardless of the date of the engine manufacturing or the date of repair, on the condition of execution of the maintenance forms of FC (calendar form) at least once a year.
Individually, after repair (F5000, F6500, F9000) at the “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd., a resource of up to 2000 hours can be established for an engine (on the condition of the execution of the form F300 every 333 + 30 hours), and a “calendar” resource for five years (on the condition of the execution of the FC form (calendar form), at least once a year), including the storage of the engine for a period of six months of conservation in the package of the “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd. in the warehouses.

• After working off the resource established during the repair (F5000, F6500, F9000), it is possible to continue the extension of the resource by stages of 333 + 30 hours, on the condition of accomplishment of the form F300.
• After working off the calendar lifespan of engines D-30KP, D-30KP2, renewal of the second period between repairs is carried out by stages of one year (+one month) on the condition of the execution of the FC form (calendar form) within:
• 23 years from the date of manufacture or the last repair of engines manufactured and repaired by NPO Saturn, or repaired by ARZ VARZ, 123ARZ, regardless of the date of repair (F5000, F6500, F9000) by the “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd., on the condition that no more than thirteen years have elapsed from the release date or the last major overhaul of the engine.
• 10 years from the date of the repair by the “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd. for engines, released or repaired not more than thirteen years ago.

The operating resources the engines, which have passed MRO at the URARP, in accordance with the current requirements of ICAO and the State Aviation Service of Ukraine
