The “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd.“ POSSESS:

Design Organization Approval Certificate, UA.21J.0046, (corresponds to Part-21 (AP-21)

It authorizes to change the standard design associated with maintaining the airworthiness of IL-76T (TD) and D-30KP (D-30KP-2) engines, in accordance with the certification basis type and environmental protection requirements.
Changes in the standard design concern repairs, modernization, extension of the resources of IL-76T (TD) and D-30KP, D-30KP-2 engines.

Maintenance Organization Approval Certificate (corresponds to Part -145)

It authorizes to perform repairs and technical support for the operation of the engines mentioned above with the possibility of increasing their resource indices, as well as approved programs and solutions for all types of services performed by “Air Repairing Enterprise “URARP” Ltd.

Supplemental Type Certificate DTL0177

It authorizes to extend the time of the operation of IL-76T, IL-76TD aircraft up to 35 years, within the limits of the designated and inter-repair resources!
It authorizes to determine the lifespan of the D-30KP (D-30KP-2) engines within the time limits of 12000 operation hours, 6160 cycles, and the total lifespan be years (calendar time) as UNLIMITED.

THE “AIR REPAIRING ENTERPRISE “URARP” LTD.“ STRONGLY RECOMMENDS:

Based on the DTD0067 certificate, our company strongly recommends to operate the Il-76T, IL-76TD aircraft, before working off time of resource, to execute by stages:
• up to 2000 flight hours, 1000 flights or 1 year;
• up to 5000 flight hours, 2500 flights or 5 years.
The operation of Il-76T aircraft before working off time between repairs and service life to be carried out by stages up to 1500 flight hours, 1000 flights, 1 year.
To ensure long-term and safe operation in accordance with the above recommendations, aircraft operators are also strongly encouraged to operate the D30KP, D-30KP 2 engines within a resource of 12000 hours and 6160 cycles by four stages:
1. Before working off 5000 hours, 1540 (or 1818) cycles (at the same time, for designated time and time between repairs);
2. Before working off 6500 hours, 3375 cycles (at the same time, for designated time and time between repairs);
3. Before working off 9000 hours, 4620 cycles (at the same time, for designated time and time between repairs);
4. Before working off 12000 hours of operation, 6160 cycles (at the same time, for designated time and time between repairs);
All previously performed MRO and established lifespans or resources time between repairs are taken into account for the next stages of MRO.

The operating resources of IL-76 aircraft, which have passed MRO at the URARP, in accordance with the current requirements of ICAO and the State Aviation Service of Ukraine (Information on the condition of the D-30KP/ KP-2 engines fleet is exposed on the ``Engines`` section)
